take away dinners
My son Raf worked for a time with a woman who had an apparently profitable business, making take-home meals in conjunction with a women's gym. The meals were cheap and delicious. People would order them in advance, some were even delivered where convenient.
We have a community of a couple of hundred people who would probably welcome one night a week of no cooking and meals can be frozen anyway. In December when I was CD-for-a-day, I talked to Tsering about this because I consider this idea as something that can also be marketed from the Cafe.
