There is a lot of talk about greater transparency but what specific ideas, actions ways would show you more transparency?

Planning for the future
Many planning sessions have been held over the history of TI but the follow-through has been far less successful. It is unrealistic to expect the EC to implement everything without strong support and involvement from the community. Here are some decisions from 2003 that still ring a bell in 2019 but have not yet been implemented.

Community involvement
Do you think it would be better or worse to encourage greater community involvement in what areas — decision-making, planning, polling?

Portfolio committees
There was a suggestion in December 2018 that potential new CDs could be developed by gaining management experience via Portfolio Committees. What are your thoughts?
