From the Executive on down, TI only survives because of volunteers. Many people have volunteered to give their energy and time to TI over the years. But there are also so many stories of them being advised to fold newsletter, mow the lawn or do something else that immediately assumes they have nothing better to give. Surely it's a better idea to properly interview them to ascertain what talents they may have that would benefit TI. Should volunteer management be a portfolio that deserves to be added to the EC?
