In December, I was planning to use the TI website and have a private Members area where we could publish circumstances, deliberation details and decisions.

I was also thinking to use the space to notify Members of upcoming projects eg: the driveway where we could layout the specifications of the project and ask if anyone has contacts with different methods we could look at for paving — recycled glass, tyres etc and other ways we could look at doing the drive that would be better and or cheaper than concrete.
