Paid advertising
We used to advertise in The Age; it cost a fortune for a postage stamp size ad on one page. Online advertising is very cheap and much, much better targeted — how much are we spending now? I didn't see any mention in the AGM figures.

Lama Zopa back teaching at TI
When he used to actually do courses at TI, we couldn't fit people in — we had to setup over flow in the Hall. He brings life to TI and I think we miss it badly.

Simple meditation
We could introduce more people to Buddhism via its meditation and philosophy rather than via overt religion. What do you think?

Western style presentation
TI is almost 100% traditional Gelukpa presentation, the program will likely resist any deviation but what are your thoughts on this?

Outreach
Geshe Doga has encouraged his Western students to teach in public venues in other suburbs but I think it died out. Do you have any ideas of how that could be rejuvenated and expanded?

Residential courses
People used to be able to stay at TI while they attended courses, Nyung Nya etc and when visiting from interstate or overseas. What do you think?
