Workshop a brief for the new CD

Sooner or later, TI has to find someone to be CD. That person will need a better quality brief than the one that was provided at the start of 2019. It is almost certain that the brief will be provided by the current EC which will fit within its view of what is required to handle current and future issues. Alternatively, we could produce one which could be also be given to the new CD containing the perspective of other Members.
