I've heard that TI is now required to use the official program. Is that true?

Given Geshe Doga's previous opposition (is that true?), how is the Centre planning to (is it?) bring in the FPMT program?

My suggestion would be a public meeting and to invite other speakers like Gyatso and Tsepal to talk and answer questions.
