Judy’s Handover Document

Having resigned in writing earlier in December 2018, Judy had a handover meeting with Frank, Gil and me and gave us this document titled “Presentation to Incoming Director”. However, later it was claimed that we had not ever taken up the positions of CD and Assistant. See 17 January EC Minutes which ignore this Handover ever occurring.
